London-Dentons is pleased to welcome Karine Imbrosciano as a partner to its Derivatives finance team in London.
Karine is both a French Avocat à la Cour and an English-qualified solicitor, bringing more than 20 years of experience advising clients across the UK and EU markets.
Her practice focuses on complex OTC derivatives and structured products, providing legal structuring and transactional advice under both English and French law. She has extensive experience across a range of derivative products and asset classes, including fixed income, total return swaps, structured equity derivatives, credit derivatives, deal contingent derivatives, repurchase transactions and securities lending.
In addition, Karine has long supported leading global investment banks in developing and expanding their structured products businesses in France, guiding them through both pre-and post-Brexit regulatory landscapes. Her clients include banks, sponsors, funds, international financial institutions, corporates and sovereign entities.
