(New York, NY) January 21, 2026 - Hoarding expert Matt Paxton and his team of cleanout professionals return for an all-new season of Discovery Channel's FILTHY FORTUNES on Sunday, February 15 at 10pm ET/PT. This season, Paxton and his crew, expert appraiser Mike Kelleher, lead picker Chris Davis and cleanout manager Kayland Brock, take on their biggest hoards yet, crisscrossing the country to rescue homeowners drowning in clutter. Together, they go on modern-day treasure hunts inside the messiest, most cluttered-filled homes imaginable, digging through dangerous hoards to uncover rare treasures and high-value finds, everything from classic cars to antique weapons, vintage toys and even self-lacing sneakers from the Back to the Future franchise.
Every cleanout is a high-stakes gamble. Not knowing what they'll uncover, the team digs deep to turn mounds of clutter into cold hard cash for their clients and themselves. And the payoffs are bigger than ever, as the team racks in hefty loads worth over $1 million.
In the season premiere, Paxton tackles a Michigan home once owned by a man who proclaimed himself the "Best Hoarder Ever." Now his children are overwhelmed by everything their late father left behind and in need of Paxton's help and expertise. Chasing a six-figure payout, the team wades through rooms crammed with vintage toys and hidden firearms, hunting for big-ticket items including a Mickey Mantle signed baseball. When they uncover a classic 1960s Austin-Healey automobile and collection of toy cars beyond what they expected, their hopes soar until low-ball offers force them to scramble for new buyers as they race the clock to hit their goal.
Paxton and his crew do more than clean up messes-they test-fire forgotten gun arsenals, bring classic vehicles back to life and even demolish sagging structures to reclaim wood for top-dollar. Along the way, they uncover extraordinary treasures: one-of-a-kind Magic Johnson photos, '60s Beatles demo recordings, vintage pinball machines, carved bullets from the Civil War-historic gems that deliver their biggest profits yet. But beyond the money, Paxton offers his clients a priceless payout - a fresh and clutter-free future.
