(1) Represents the weighted average price of the shares purchased. The prices actually paid ranged from $241.876 to $241.97 per share. The reporting person will provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, information regarding the number of shares purchased at each price within the range.
(2) Reflects the transfer by the Reporting Person's grantor retained annuity trust of 165,575 shares of common stock on June 9, 2025 in respect of a payment of an annual annuity to the Reporting Person pursuant to the terms of the grantor retained annuity trust. In addition, it reflects the transfer by the Reporting Person of 271,986 shares of common stock on August 4, 2025 to the Reporting Person's grantor retained annuity trust.
(3) Represents shares acquired through ongoing participation in The Cigna Group's 401(k) Plan.
