Getaround Inc., the car-sharing platform, has combined its European business, Getaround Europe, with GoMore, a leading Danish car-sharing company.
Following completion of the transaction, GoMore now operates across 11 countries, forming a unique car-sharing and ride-sharing network in Europe.

Getaround Europe, headquartered in Paris, is the market leader in France and firmly established across Western Europe, including Germany, Belgium, Spain, Norway and Austria, building on the legacy of Drivy and Nabobil, both acquired in 2019.
GoMore, headquartered in Copenhagen, is the market leader in the Nordics - Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Estonia - and also operates in Spain under the Amovens brand, as well as in Switzerland and Austria.
This transaction marks a significant step in the consolidation of the European car-sharing market, creating a leading platform with the scale, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate growth across borders. It highlights Orrick's ability to support innovative mobility players on complex, cross-border strategic transactions.
