HACU Webinar: HACU Professional Leadership Programs – Preparing the Next Generation of Academic Leaders

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities will host a HACU-member webinar titled, "HACU Professional Leadership Programs - Preparing the Next Generation of Academic Leaders," on April 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CT. To register, click here.

The webinar will provide an overview of two of HACU's cohort-based leadership programs for higher education professionals at different career levels. Programs include the HACU Leadership Academy/La Academia de Liderazgo, an executive-level program designed to prepare senior administrators for top leadership positions and the Enlace Mid-Level Leadership Program, that equips mid-level managers with the knowledge, skill, and professional networks necessary to advance into senior leadership roles within higher education.

Other HACU annual programs that will be discussed include the Women's Leadership Symposium, Deans' Forum, Higher Education Leadership Institute, and the PreK-12 Higher Education Collaboration Symposium.

The webinar will be presented by Paul Machen, Ph.D., HACU senior executive director of Professional Leadership and Student Programs.
