JLL selected to oversee Brown University Health’s 4.5M-SF real estate portfolio

PROVIDENCE, RI, February 12, 2026 - JLL announced today that it has been selected by Brown University Health (BUH) in Rhode Island to support the strategic oversight and management of its combined Brown University Health real estate portfolio.

JLL will provide strategic portfolio development, data analytics, brokerage and transaction management services across approximately 150 properties totaling 2.3 million square feet of off-campus space throughout Rhode Island, Connecticut and Southeastern Massachusetts and 2.2 million square feet across six hospital campuses.

JLL will align real estate strategy across clinical, administrative and academic functions to support patient access, staff experience, operational efficiency and long-term planning across the system.

Under the engagement, JLL will evaluate and align assets across Brown University Health's portfolio to support current operations and long-term growth using sophisticated data analytics and deep market intelligence.
