UNM Anderson School announces the 37th Hall of Fame Honorees

The University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Management is excited to announce the 2026 Hall of Fame and Young Alumni honorees. The Anderson Hall of Fame is an annual celebration that highlights alumni from around the country based on their dedication to their industry and community.

This year's honorees exemplify a commitment to shaping future business leaders through education, professional success, and being active community members. The 2026 honorees are:

Robin Divine, President & CEO, TriCore

Robin Divine, as the President & CEO, has worked with the board to define organizational vision, strengthen mission alignment, and position TriCore as a trusted clinical and data partner across New Mexico and the region. Robin brings over 30 years of leadership across integrated health systems, clinical laboratories, and data-enabled healthcare organizations. Under her leadership, TriCore has restored growth post-pandemic, improved workforce stability, and advanced innovation in laboratory and health data solutions. She is known for her ability to build meaningful relationships with clinicians, frontline staff, and community partners while delivering effective results. A graduate of the Anderson Executive MBA program, Robin leads with authenticity, curiosity, and a belief in the power of purpose-driven collaboration.

Greg Foltz, President, Coldwell Banker Commercial

Greg Foltz is President and Qualifying Broker of Las Colinas Realty & Development Company, dba Coldwell Banker Commercial - Las Colinas, and a principal in multiple real estate partnerships across New Mexico, Georgia, California, North Carolina, and Texas. Since 1981, his firm has provided commercial development, brokerage, property management, and leasing services in New Mexico. Greg has led the development of more than one million square feet of commercial space in the Albuquerque area and the master planning and zoning of over 8,000 acres in New Mexico. He has been recognized in Coldwell Banker Commercial's "Top Two" (top 2% worldwide) and named a Top CEO by Albuquerque Business First in 2015. He previously served as President of the New Mexico Real Estate Commission and as a Trustee of the University of New Mexico Foundation. Greg graduated from Anderson in 1973 with a BBA in marketing.

Tracy Utterback, Director Finance and Integration, Granite Construction

Tracy Utterback has over 34 years of experience in leading teams in the construction industry in financial reporting, project management, taxation, insurance, and risk management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who also holds a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation as well as being recognized as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS). As CFO, Tracy led the transition of two different companies to become 100% employee-owned through Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP). Tracy's strength and passion are working in strategy, process improvement and technology. Most recently in 2025, Tracy helped negotiate the sale of a California ESOP to a public company, Granite Construction, where he currently works as a director focusing on integration, operational reporting and mergers and acquisitions. Tracy graduated from Anderson in 1991 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration in accounting.

The Young alumni award celebrates Anderson alumni under the age of 40 who are making significant strides in their professional careers and community. The Young Alumni honorees for 2026 are:

Kalin Baca, CEO, Icorium Engineering Company

Kalin Baca is the Co-Founder and CEO of Icorium Engineering Company, a climate technology startup commercializing advanced refrigerant separations and recycling processes. Under her leadership, Icorium has grown significantly with strong support from the National Science Foundation, with the company receiving over $1.5 million in grants. In 2025, she was honored as a STEMMy Awards Enterprising Innovator and received the Under 30 Entrepreneur Merit Award from the Kansas Department of Commerce. Kalin is committed to mentorship and inclusive leadership while advancing solutions for pressing environmental challenges. Kalin earned her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with honors from the University of Kansas in 2023 as a Self Graduate Fellow. Prior to Kansas, Kalin received an MS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from UNM in 2019.

Kendra Gries, Owner, Kendra Gries Agency - State Farm Insurance

Kendra Gries is a distinguished insurance professional and business leader known for strategic growth and industry leadership. She began her career in 2005 as a lead sales producer while completing her undergraduate and graduate studies at UNM, building a strong foundation in sales strategy, client relationships, and operations. In 2013, Kendra opened her first State Farm agency and expanded to a second in 2020 and a third in 2024. This is an honor that has been extended to only 20 of more than 19,500 agents nationwide. She now leads a team of 24 employees across her agencies, fostering high performance through accountability, collaboration, and service excellence. Kendra ranks among the top 1% of insurance professionals worldwide and is recognized for combining data-driven strategy with genuine care, and remains committed to mentorship, community involvement, and ethical leadership.

"We are proud to celebrate this year's honorees, whose accomplishments and careers reflect the many paths our alumni pursue. Spanning fields such as healthcare, environmental engineering, construction, real estate, and insurance, each honoree demonstrates a shared passion for improving the communities they serve," said Dean Alina Chircu. "We are honored to count these individuals among the Anderson community and to celebrate them as inspiring examples of what is possible for our current students."

The 37th class of honorees will be celebrated at a dinner on Feb. 19 with their families, friends, colleagues, and school leadership. Brief videos introducing each inductee will premiere on Anderson's YouTube channel and website that evening.
