UPS reaches agreement with Teamsters on Driver Choice Program

UPS is pleased to announce that after constructive discussions with the Teamsters over the past week, we have reached an agreement to offer our Driver Choice Program (DCP) on a nationwide basis, including in the Central Region.

This outcome aligns with our objective to provide all U.S. drivers with options as we continue to reconfigure our network. The DCP has been well received by our employees, with strong interest across the country. Applications will be approved based on seniority and the needs of the business, as originally planned.

As UPS makes changes to position itself for the future, our focus remains the same - supporting our people while delivering the reliable service our customers expect.
