Norton Rose Fulbright received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's (HRCF) 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation's foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

The 2025 CEI evaluates companies' LGBTQ+-related policies and practices in multiple categories including, workforce protections, inclusive benefits, supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.

Norton Rose Fulbright's efforts in satisfying all of CEI's criteria led to a 100 percent ranking. With this score, the firm is among 765 US companies honored with HRCF's Equality 100 Award as leaders in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.

The CEI is coordinated by the educational arm of the Human Rights Campaign, America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for the LGBTQ+ community.
