Farmington, CT, September 29, 2026 - New England Asset Management, Inc. (NEAM), a provider of investment management solutions for insurance companies, has been named a 2026 Top Workplaces winner by The Hartford Courant for Connecticut's Capital Region, Northeastern, Southeastern and Lower CT River Valley planning regions. This recognition marks the third consecutive year NEAM has been named a Top Workplaces winner in the small company category (businesses with less than 150 employees).
The Top Workplaces award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage. The confidential survey measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected and Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.
"This award is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences and perspectives of our employees," said Bill Rotatori, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "Their dedication, professionalism and commitment to one another have helped create a workplace where people can do their best work, and I am proud to see those efforts recognized."
