Canadian Trademark Office Issues House Marks to Enveric Biosciences, Inc.
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Enveric Biosciences (NASDAQ: ENVB) ("Enveric" or the "Company"), a biotechnology company advancing novel neuroplastogenic small-molecule therapeutics to address psychiatric and neurological disorders, today announced that the Canadian Intellectual Property Office has registered five of the Company's trademarks, including its house marks, Enveric and Enveric Biosciences.
"The registration of a Company's house marks, such as our marks Enveric and Enveric Biosciences, is an important intellectual property milestone supporting our branding strategies for our future products. In addition, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office registered two "Plus Marks" which are designs used on Enveric product packaging, and its trademark, "Next Generation Mental Health." Dr. Tucker continued, "These additional marks reflect the Company's view of the expected positive impact of its pipeline products under development on mental health, including the lead molecule EB-003, for which an IND filing with the FDA is planned in 2026."
