Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised investment bank Univest Securities in connection with an at-the-market (ATM) offering by China SXT Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: SXCT), a company focused on the development and production of traditional Chinese medicine products.
Under the terms of the agreement, China SXT Pharmaceuticals may offer and sell up to US$100 million of its Class A ordinary shares through Univest Securities. The ATM structure provides the company with flexibility to raise capital efficiently, enabling it to access public markets based on market conditions.
Norton Rose Fulbright's corporate, M&A and securities team consists of 450 partners and 700 other deal lawyers providing legal advice on some of the most high-profile and complex transactions around the world. Over the last five years, the group has advised on more than 1,000 M&A deals globally, of which 570 deals have a combined disclosed value of over US$440 billion (Mergermarket, 2026).
"ATM offerings continue to provide companies with a flexible mechanism to raise capital in evolving market conditions," said Amelia Zhang, who led Norton Rose Fulbright's representation. "We were pleased to assist Univest Securities in executing this transaction."
Norton Rose Fulbright's deal team was led by Amelia Zhang (Houston) and included Kevin Chen (New York) and Jennifer Zhang (Dallas).
