Human Resources moving to University Plaza

On Sept. 20-21, the Human Resources and Workforce Strategy team will move from Capitol Village to the first floor of University Plaza, just east of Albertsons Stadium. Staff will begin working from the new location on Monday, Sept. 22, 2025. The HR office will be open on Monday morning with limited disruption to services.

This move will support collaboration with other campus service units already housed in University Plaza, such as the Office of Information Technology; Controller's Office; Treasure and Real Estate; Student Financial Services; Procurement and Vendor Services; the Office of Continuous Improvement; University Financial Services; Asset Management and Inventory; Title IX, Institutional Equity and Compliance; and Campus Planning and Space Management.

Things to know

  • Although HR will remain open with normal business hours on the days before and after the move, they ask the campus community to conduct business before 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19, or after 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 22, to allow time for the transition. There will be limited service availability during these times and service may be delayed.
  • HR's new location will be 960 S Broadway Ave, Suite 100, Boise, ID 83706
  • The Bronco Shuttle's green route will take employees to and from University Plaza. Additional bike racks and guest parking are also available.

HR welcomes guests and the campus community to the new location, and plans for an open house in the coming weeks. For questions, contact [email protected].
