The American Lawyer selects Norton Rose Fulbright as a finalist in two 2025 Industry Award categories

Norton Rose Fulbright has been named a finalist for The American Lawyer 'sannual Industry Awards in two categories. Partner Alicia Grant (San Antonio) is a "Best Mentor" finalist and the firm's US Marketing and Business Development department is a finalist for "Best Business Team."

Alicia was named a "Best Mentor" finalist for her demonstrated commitment to investing time and energy into the mentorship of young professionals. In addition to efforts within the firm to support junior associates, Alicia also mentors law students at her alma mater, college students interested in law and high school students through organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Norton Rose Fulbright's US Marketing and Business Development department is responsible for a range of important functions, including brand and creative, business development, communications, digital marketing, events, proposals and more. The team supports the firm's lawyers in US and Latin America, where more than 900 of its 3,000+ global lawyers are based. They also collaborate to align their initiatives with the firm's broader business objectives.

The finalists represent excellence across the profession and were selected by a panel of ALM senior leaders. The winners will be announced at the annual gala on November 13 in New York City.
