Product Liability Advisory Council, Inc adds Norton Rose Fulbright partner D’Lesli Davis as a sustaining member

D'Lesli Davis (Dallas), Norton Rose Fulbright's US Head of Life Sciences and Healthcare and its US Co-Head of Product Liability and Consumer Disputes, has been accepted as a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, Inc (PLAC).

PLAC members collaborate to shape the common law of product liability and provide guidance on changing regulations. In addition, they assist corporations in addressing and responding to state, federal and international regulatory framework, due process in legal proceedings and environmental, health and safety risk concerns related to the design, manufacturing and distribution of products.

D'Lesli represents pharmaceutical and medical device clients in high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts across the country, in MDLs and consolidated proceedings, governmental actions, commercial, economic loss and product liability matters.
