土地工務局最新建築數據


土地工務局公佈最新住宅和酒店項目的建築數據。2026年第1季，獲發樓宇使用准照（俗稱"入伙紙"）的私人住宅項目有5個，提供47個單位；在建中（尚未進行驗樓）及已建成（正進行驗樓）的私人住宅項目有37個，可提供1,629個單位；設計階段住宅項目有66個，可提供5,979個單位。

2026年第1季在建中酒店項目有3個，可提供204間客房；設計階段酒店項目有10個，可提供1,310間客房。
