The latest refresh of our 3-year rolling average benchmarks are now available, including aggregated data from 2023-2025. Our robust benchmarks consist of real-world data from more than 1,300 companies globally. They include detailed cuts by industry, country, and company size, allowing organizations from 83 industries, 62 countries, and any company size to see how they stack up.
Our latest EX Engagement benchmarks see employee engagement on average remaining stable from 2023 to 2025 despite changes in underlying drivers. For example, employees see companies as placing high value and strong emphasis on customer service but they aren't necessarily providing excellent customer service. Emphasis and value alone do not guarantee the resources, processes, or cross-functional alignment are in place. In fact, employees in our 2026 Employee Experience Trends Report note that the top two causes of bad customer experiences are communication problems and service delivery issues. These are areas that could largely be addressed through employee enablement.
Benchmarking your EX results can help your company stay ahead of emerging issues, and our library of actions also provides specific examples of how your company can address employee concerns like communication and trust.
About our benchmarks:
Qualtrics EX benchmarks allow you to compare your company's performance to see where you're ahead, what you should focus on, and validate whether a low or high score is a noteworthy outlier or simply an industry norm. The latest dataset is also integrated directly into our XM platform, so everyone from HR analysts to frontline managers can see how their engagement results compare.
