CTX Week of Wellness: Find Your Balance

College can be exciting and fast-paced, and let's be honest, sometimes overwhelming. That's why CTX Week of Wellness, September 15-19, is here to help students pause, recharge, and reconnect with what keeps you grounded.

What is CTX Week of Wellness?

CTX Week of Wellness is a campus-wide initiative to help students slow down and reflect on their well-being. Through fun and meaningful events focused on physical, psychological, spiritual, financial, and social wellness, students will discover tools to build healthy habits, find balance, and feel supported throughout their college journey.

Each day, students will find opportunities to:

  • Learn practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and financial concerns
  • Connect with others through shared experiences
  • Discover resources available year-round
  • Build new habits that support long-term health, inside and out
