Part of Krenek Tap to be closed for gas line work

Beginning Wednesday, Krenek Tap Road will be closed to through traffic from Texas Avenue to Dartmouth Street while Atmos replaces a high-pressure gas line. The work is expected to be completed by Jan. 16.

Detours will be in place, but residents will have access. The College Station Municipal Court and Utility Customer Service can be accessed from Texas Avenue.
