Citywide Annual Local and Residential Street Rehabilitation Program

Citywide Annual Local and Residential Street Rehabilitation Program

Starting October 1, 2025, the City of Burbank's Public Works Department will launch the third phase of the Citywide Annual Local/Residential Street Rehabilitation Program. This initiative focuses on enhancing roads throughout the community, specifically those rated as 'poor' or 'very poor' (Pavement Condition Indexes of 55 or lower).

Project Area: This phase will target the hillside neighborhoods bounded by Amherst Dr, Victory Blvd, Buena Vista St, and the City limit at Naomi St, in City maintenance zones 15 through 18. View the Project Location Map for exact location. All impacted residents will receive notifications with more details.

Project Dates: Construction activities are set to begin on October 1 with an anticipated completion date of March 2026, barring any unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions.

City's contractor, Toro Enterprises Inc., will be performing the street improvement work. If you have any questions or concerns about this project, please contact the contractor first to receive the most up to date schedule information.
