Representative Melanie Miller Highlights Statewide Holiday Events Guide

State Representative Melanie Miller (R-Ashland) is pleased to share the official Statewide Holiday Event Guide, curated through the Ohio Department of Development and TourismOhio.

"The holiday season brings out the very best in our communities, and this guide highlights the cherished traditions that make Ohio such a special place to call home," said Rep. Miller. "I encourage families to explore the many events happening across our state and create meaningful memories together."

The 2025 Ohio Holiday Events Guide lists 440 holiday happenings across the state including small traditions, big celebrations, and hometown magic that make the holidays meaningful across the state.

Events in the Holiday Events Guide include:

• Festive light shows
• Historic village celebrations
• Parades and tree lightings
• Snowy hikes and winter markets
• Home tours, choirs, craft fairs, and community theater

One of Rep. Miller's favorite holiday attractions in her district is the Ashland Candy Cane Trail, which is the Guinness World Record holder for the largest display of illuminated metal structures and sculptures, featuring over 700 glowing Christmas trees. She also enjoys attending the Ashland Christmas Parade and Christmas tree lighting.
