Indigenous Gathering Space Student Input at IRSC
The Indigenous Gathering Space (IGS) at UAA will bring vision into reality. It will offer a welcoming home for the Indigenous students and employees and introduce the broader campus to Alaska Native histories and ways of knowing. The center will support healing, cultural expression, identity development and will serve as a visible commitment to honoring Indigenous peoples and ensuring that UAA reflects the identities of those it serves.
