Learn to Save a Life with CPR

Cosumnes Fire invites you to a free Hands-Only CPR class. No experience is required, just a willingness to help when it matters most. This quick, practical training will give you the confidence to act in an emergency.

Classes are open to all ages and held on the last Saturday of each month, rotating through the nine fire stations across the District. Drop in anytime between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. for a 20-minute session, led by Cosumnes Fire personnel with step-by-step instruction and hands-on practice.
