Trevecca Nazarene University has announced the launch of a new master's program in corporate learning and talent development, designed to prepare professionals for leadership in a rapidly growing field.
The new graduate program, which begins in March 2026, will cover a range of necessary skills, combining the foundations of learning in a professional setting with innovative strategies and technology. A key component of the curriculum is equipping students to integrate the latest AI tools, which are redefining how organizations approach learning and growth. There is also an emphasis on ethics, emotional intelligence and inclusion, preparing graduates for cultural awareness and leadership in diverse workplaces.
"As organizations face rapid change and increasing demands for workforce agility, the need for skilled talent development professionals has never been greater," Terry Hadaway, program director said. "For professionals ready to elevate their careers, this degree offers a powerful pathway to influence, innovation and organizational success."
The master's in corporate learning and talent development is a fully online program designed for working professionals, with the flexibility to balance career and education, while still maintaining the experience of an in-person program. Students will participate in project-based learning, case studies, a capstone project and opportunities to address real-world corporate challenges. After graduation, they will also be prepared for Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification, a credential that can open doors to career advancement and leadership opportunities.
