Big Fair Fun, Budget-Friendly Prices: 2026 Colorado State Fair Deals Announced

The Colorado State Fair is making it easier than ever for families, seniors, military members, students, and community supporters to enjoy this year's Fair with a full slate of "Deals & Discounts" days running August 28 through September 7, 2026. These special days at the Fair all feature free or reduced admission, food specials, and ride offers for a wide range of guests.

"These Deals & Discounts days are part of our commitment to making the Colorado State Fair accessible and welcoming for everyone," said Andrea Wiesenmeyer, general manager of the Colorado State Fair. "From seniors and students to military families and first-time guests, we want everyone to experience the best of the Fair at a price that fits their budget."

The speciality Deals & Discount discount days at this year's Colorado State Fair include:

• Senior Day + T-Fiber $5 Fridays - August 28 & September 4
  People over 60 years old receive free admission on Senior Days, and admission for everyone else is just $5 until 5 p.m. From 11 a.m. until 5 p.m., every food stand will offer one $5 item.
• United Rentals American Heroes Day - August 30
  To honor those who serve, military personnel and first responders will receive $8 off fair admission. The discount is available with appropriate identification at the gate.
• Kids Day - August 31 & September 7
  Children ages 12 and under receive free admission on Kids Day, giving families a low-cost opportunity to experience the fair's entertainment, livestock, and carnival rides.
• Two Can Tuesday - September 1
  On Two Can Tuesday, guests receive free admission with the donation of two canned food items at the gate. All collected items will be donated to Care and Share Food Bank, turning a fair visit into direct support for families facing food insecurity across Southern Colorado.
• Rocky Mountain Steel Mills One Price Wednesday - September 2
  On Wednesday, you can bundle fair admission, Mountain States Ranch Rodeo, Hairball concert, and a carnival ride wristband for a single $15 price.
• CSU Pueblo PACK the Fair Day - September 3
  On CSU Pueblo PACK the Fair Day, K-12 students from the schools across Southren Colorado can receive free fair admission plus access to a $25 unlimited carnival ride wristband when they present a student voucher or coupon.
• Colorado Lottery Special - September 5
  Fairgoers can save $3 off admission on Colorado Lottery Special Day by presenting a non-winning Colorado Lottery ticket at the gate.

Additionally, entertainment tickets purchased through August 27 include general admission to the fair, offering up to a $15 discount. Single-day carnival wristbands are $36 ($42 regular price) and gate admission is $9 ($15 regular price) when purchased through August 27. MegaPasses, valid for all 11 days of the fair, are available for $162 through opening day, after which the price increases to $202.
