https://www.instagram.com/p/DO9O-OWkVIs/?hl=enDrew: OK, so this new film of yours, 'The Wrong Paris,' I really, really enjoyed it. It is, it takes some twists and turns. It doesn't go to the expected places. It's got something, that I didn't see coming. How did you like plan that and also he's so cute.

Miranda: I know he's just, he's so cute it's crazy but I was going through a breakup right before I filmed this movie and he's such a nice guy we're really close friends now, but he let me post him on my stories and pretend we were kind of, like obviously I didn't say we're dating but I posted him and I know that that really upset my ex.

Drew: I love that and it's just cute and fun and a nice way to handle it. I'm all for it.

Miranda: It was great.

Drew: Maybe you could give me some tips.

Miranda: Oh definitely you can borrow Pierson if you ever need him.

Drew: Did you ever get a sense that like what you put out into the world with 'iCarly' was great like that kids were empowered from it.

Miranda: Yeah, I mean it's amazing anytime I go out somewhere and kids come up to me even now because the show's on Netflix, so it's just amazing like being 32 and having kids still come up and say 'Oh we're watching the show right now' like finding it for the first time and it's a really good feeling.

Drew: And is it true that maybe a movie because the show left on a big cliffhanger and is it true that maybe there's a movie in the world?

Miranda: Yes, I'm excited we're gonna film a movie early next year.

Drew: Well guess who will be there. Me and my girls will be there like opening day.

Valerie: I think it's a great idea. I think, I mean, you know, sometimes you wanna play a game or I mean I don't even know. I don't know. I've never been on a first date, so I have no idea how it works.

Drew: That's because she goes straight to marriage.

Ross: Wait, you've never been on a first date?

Valerie: No, no one's ever asked me out.

Drew: You're Valerie Bertinelli. How the hell is that possible?

Valerie: I, well, I got married at 20 and I was married for 20 years, 20 some odd years.

Drew: Do you remember like your first night with Ed was it an official date? Did you guys just meet somewhere?

Valerie: My brother Patrick, brought us to the concert that they were having in Shreveport, Louisiana. My parents lived out there and we just made eyes and then we talked backstage and then we talked, after the show and then he asked me out to a concert in Oklahoma, so Patrick and I went and then we were together ever since. 8 months later we were married.

Drew: OK, I'm glad I asked. That's really fun.

Hoda Kotb on Having the Confidence to Ask Jeff Zucker to Host the Fourth Hour of the Today Show

https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/1l52ew3dRjcYDrew: What gave you the confidence to do that?

Hoda: I was diagnosed with breast cancer and somebody, I realized in that moment, like it could all be over. It could all be over. So when I went through the surgeries and did all the things, when it was over, I woke up with this epiphany and my epiphany was I got 4 words. I got you can't scare me. I was like, what am I afraid of? What am I afraid of? A guy named Jeff telling me no. What am I afraid of? Ask. So I went to the 52nd floor. I pushed the button, the elevator doors open. I'm like, 'I need to see Jeff Zucker,' and they were like, 'Who are you?' Like what are you doing here? And I went to Jeff and I just, I go, 'Jeff, I felt like God put limits on my life and now I'm ready like I came here to ask for something' and he said to me after that, 'Let me see what I can do.' And there was a producer who really liked me named Amy and she, with her and Jeff between her and Jeff, they ended up giving me that hour of the show which changed the course of my life.

Hoda on How Jenna Bush Hager Changed Her Life by Introducing Her to Breath Work

https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/x6y9Ty6M1xwM

Hoda: When you said your friends who you surround yourself with are your people, like, you know, it's the whole you're defined by the 5 people you spend the most time with, so choose wisely and one of my 5 who's Jenna Bush Hager who I love dearly one day said to me, 'You know, you look all stressed' and I was, and she goes, 'You ought to try breath work.'

I go, 'Girl, I've been breathing for 58 years. I do not need your situation' and she goes, 'Try a lady, try her on Zoom one time, only one time.' I said, OK, so I got on Zoom with this friend of hers. I was like, let's get this, okay we got 1 hour and then I'm gonna, you know, get on, and she was lay down so I laid down. Put your hand on your belly and put your hand on your chest. OK, now follow me. I go, OK, she goes lower belly, fill up your lower belly halfway, your high chest and out. After 10 minutes of doing that, I literally exploded in tears, sobbing. I got up. I go, what was that? Like I wasn't sad she goes, oh good, there it is there it is, good girl. That was stress.

OK, thanks again. I was like, what? So I walk out of there, Drew, it's like someone took a squeegee to my brain. I had weird clarity. I get to work the next day. I get a pile of papers to study 4:30 in the morning when you're fuzzy. Everything's landing. Everything's landing.

Everything's landing. I go, 'What happened?' One breath work session did a clearing and a stress release that changed a little bit of my, just how I absorbed information how I walked through the world it was small it was free. I mean once you know how to do it, you just do it and it gave me clarity and energy so I was curious. I go, that was amazing. So what else do people do and Maria Shriver goes try meditation. And I was like, OK, so I tried that all of a sudden I started trying all these cool things and I realized that my emotion how I was relating emotionally I was regulated I felt calm I had clarity I had energy so it all led me down this path.

Drew: OK, literally it's all in this book you guys real life takeaways.
