NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING CLEARWATER BAY MARINA, LLC

The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is in receipt of an application to transfer the existing permit for Clearwater Bay Marina, LLC. The project is in Delaware County, Oklahoma. The applicant requests a waiver of the 1/3 of the cove rule and has no plans to modify the existing 6 docks with a total of 119 slips that are located on the property.
A public meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 1:00 PM at GRDA's Ecosystems & Education Center, located at 420 E Hwy 28, Langley OK 74350.
