Benefits Fair - Thursday, Oct. 1

The Benefits Fair is just around the corner! We will host this in-person event on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026, in the Magnolia Ballroom/Student Activities Center from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Many of our benefit and retirement vendors will be present and committed to speaking directly to you on this day. They will bring materials specific to their area of expertise, and they may even have some goodies for you to leave with, so please come prepared with your questions. As of the morning of Sept. 22, the following vendors have confirmed their attendance:

• Acentra Health - Employee Assistance Program
• Allstate - Identity Protection
• Aflac - Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity, etc.
• Anthem - Medical
• Corebridge - ORP, 403(b) and 457(b) vendor
• Delta Dental
• Express Scripts - Pharmacy benefits (new vendor!!!)
• EyeMed - Vision
• Fidelity Investments - ORP, 403(b) and 457(b) vendor
• Georgia College Retiree Association
• HSA Bank - Flexible Savings Account, Health Savings Account (for those with the high deductible health plan)
• LegalEase
• MetLife - Short- and Long-Term Disability, life insurance
• Purchasing Power
• Teachers Retirement System of Georgia (TRS)
• TIAA - ORP, 403(b) and 457(b) vendor
• Truist Bank, Downtown Milledgeville - a community provider close to campus

The USG Benefits website has an entire section dedicated to the 2027 Healthcare Plan Changes. GCSU Benefits will inform campus once the 2027 Comparison Guide has been published on the website. We encourage you to closely monitor the USG Benefits website for all things related to this season's Open Enrollment, which takes place October 26 - November 6.

Benefits will be sharing additional information on the Benefits Fair, Open Enrollment, and the Shared Sick Leave Program throughout the next four to six weeks. Please monitor the Daily Digest for updates.
