Gov. Rhoden Signs Appropriations Bills into Law

PIERRE, S.D. - Today, Governor Larry Rhoden signed the following three appropriations bills into law:

  • SB 20makes an appropriation for tax refunds for elderly persons and persons with a disability and declares an emergency;
  • SB 55makes an appropriation for the payment of extraordinary litigation expenses and declares an emergency; and
  • SB 72extends the time for reverting moneys appropriated for the modernization of the state's enterprise resource planning systems.

Governor Rhoden has signed 73 bills into law and vetoed one this legislative session.
