Petra von Strombeck hands over the chairmanship of the Management Board of New Work SE to CFO & COO Henning Rönneberg

Hamburg, May 13, 2025- Petra von Strombeck (55), a member of theManagement Board ofNew Work SE since January2020 and itsCEO sinceApril of thesame year, has informed the company's SupervisoryBoard that she intends to stepdown fromher positionat the end of theAnnual General Meeting on June 23 and hand it over toher successor. This isat her own requestand bymutual agreement with the company's SupervisoryBoard. Henning Rönneberg(56), whowas appointed to theManagement Board asCFO&COO in March of this year, will succeedStrombeck asCEO at the end of theAnnual General Meeting.

Duringher time in office, Petra von Strombeck has comprehensively restructured the companyand focusedon thestrong XING and kununu brands. In the course of this, XING has set the course for repositioning itself asa jobsnetwork througha productand marketingoffensive. Italso succeededin developing thekununu brand intoa strong growth driver. The leading employerreview platformin German-speakingcountries not only reportedstrong revenue growth, but also significantly expanded its market-leading position.
