Governor Josh Shapiro will join PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)Secretary Rick Siger, PA Department of Human Services (DHS) Secretary Dr. Val Arkoosh, elected leaders, and housing advocates to announce Pennsylvania's first Housing Action Plan to build more affordable housing, protect renters and homeowners, and reduce costs for Pennsylvanians across the Commonwealth.
