Public Hearings

The following public hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Find out how to participate in public hearings by speaking or submitting written testimony.

• 26-0230: A bill for an ordinance changing the zoning classification for 4211 North Hooker Street in Berkeley.
• 26-0471: A resolution approving a proposed Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Dream Center Denver to occupy and provide programming at the former Globeville Recreation Center, in Council District 9.

Public Input in Committee

The following committees will have 15-minutes of public input on the following items. Learn how to give testimony in committees.

Community Planning and Housing Committee - Tuesday, April 28th at 1:30 p.m.

• 26-0561: The Department of Housing Stability will present an amendment to Chapter 27, Article III, Section 27-45 through 27-52 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code ("DRMC"). Article III, referred to as the Preservation of Affordable Housing Ordinance.

Transportation and Infrastructure Committee - Wednesday, April 29th at 1:30 p.m.

• 26-0565: The Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency will present an amendment to D.R.M.C. Chapter 10, Article XIV. High-Performance Existing Buildings Program, Sections 10-400 through 10-408.
