Willkie represented SignUp Software, a portfolio company of Insight Partners, in the acquisition of SK Global Software LLC (SKsoft), a leader in banking and treasury automation solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
SignUp Software recently announced that, backed by Insight Partners, it also acquired DynamicWeb and Axtension, in 2025 and 2023, respectively, to create a global solutions suite purpose-built for Dynamics 365. The acquisitions create a global solutions suite made up of four of the leading independent software vendors (ISVs) in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
The suite of products includes SignUp's ExFlow for financial and AP automation, SKsoft for treasury, payment, and reconciliation automation, DynamicWeb for omnichannel commerce and Product Information Management, and Axtension for production & project planning, document management, and shipping orchestration.
Willkie previously represented Insight Partners in its take-private acquisition of SignUp in 2023, and SignUp on its subsequent acquisitions of Axtension and DynamicWeb.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
The Willkie deal team was led by partners Matthew Guercio and Erin Kinney with associate Michael Louis-Jean.
