LAKELAND, FL (Oct. 24, 2025)| Avelo Airlines announces additional nonstop flights between Central Florida's Lakeland International Airport (LAL) and Grand Rapids, Michigan and Rochester, New York just in time for the winter holiday season in December. Affordable one-way fares start at $57*.

From Lakeland International Airport (LAL):

Avelo serves eight nonstop destinations from LAL.

Grand Rapids, Mich. via Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR)

• Avelo will add a third weekly flight to GRR on Saturdays, beginning December 6, in addition to Avelo's normal Monday and Friday service to Central Florida.

Rochester, N.Y. via Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC)

• Avelo will add a third weekly flight to ROC on Wednesdays, beginning December 3, in addition to Avelo's normal Monday and Friday service to Central Florida.
