Warning – fraudulent emails claiming to be from PRV
These emails have been sent to trade mark holders, urging them to pay a fee in order for a national trade mark to be "transferred" to the EU register. The emails falsely claim that failure to make the payment will result in the national trade mark registration ceasing to be valid. This information is false.
Do not make any payment and do not respond to the email. Remain vigilant against similar attempts at fraud. This communication does not originate from PRV. The matter is considered serious and will be reported to the police.
