Strengthening the National Gendarmerie through Human Resources Management

Investing in people means investing in stronger institutions. Last Friday, EUAM RCA marked the successful completion of an Intermediate Human Resources Management Training Programme for the Central African National Gendarmerie, delivered in partnership with the National Office for Information Technology (ONI).

The closing ceremony was attended by the Head of Mission of EUAM RCA, the Director General of the National Gendarmerie, and the Director General of the National Office for Information Technology (ONI), underscoring their shared commitment to strengthening institutional capacity through sustainable skills development and more effective human resources management.
