JEFFERSON CITY, MO - The Clean Fuels Alliance Foundation is pleased to announce the election of Chelsey Robinson to its board of directors.
Robinson serves as Director of Stakeholder Affairs, Bioeconomy & Sustainable Ag Systems at Bayer Crop Science, where she leads stakeholder engagement and policy strategy to advance agricultural systems that support low-carbon fuels.

Her work focuses on U.S. federal and state biofuel policy and the lifecycle carbon accounting frameworks that support the growth of biomass-based diesel and other renewable fuels. With nearly 20 years of experience across the food, agriculture and biobased products sectors, Robinson has held roles in research and development, communications and public affairs at Bayer, Monsanto and Nestlé.
She brings a multidisciplinary approach to policy development, translating complex scientific and agronomic concepts-such as lifecycle analysis, feedstock qualification and farm-level sustainability impacts-into practical strategies that help accelerate the clean fuels industry.
Including Robinson, the Foundation's current board members are:
• Chair Mark Caspers, Soybean Farmer/Nebraska Soybean Board Representative
• Vice-Chair Dave Walton, Soybean Farmer/American Soybean Association Representative
• Treasurer Chris Hill, Soybean Farmer/Minnesota Soybean Association Representative
