NW 23rd Sewer Lateral Improvements

The City of Fort Lauderdale is working with Southern Underground Industries to make improvements to the City's sewer system along NW 23rd Avenue between NW 15th Court and NW 13th Court in the southbound lanes.

The work includes:

• Cured-in-place pipe lining, laterals only
• Site Restoration

Construction will begin on Monday, May 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed on Friday, June 6, 2025. Work will take place Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Traffic Impacts:

• The southbound lane will be shifted to the middle lane between NW 15th Court & NW 13th Court during work hours.
• Please follow the posted signs and drive with caution in the area.
