AUSTIN- The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is hosting public meetings in Austin and Lampasas to gather input on the Public Use Plan for Post Oak Ridge State Park. This plan will outline the site's future recreational access, trail design, wildlife and habitat protection, and cultural storytelling.
Maps showing the proposed facilities and potential recreational opportunities will be available for viewing at the public meeting. Anyone unable to attend can submit comments online through a survey launching Jan. 14. The survey will remain open for 30 days, is mobile-friendly, and will be available in both English and Spanish.
