Fluid Delivery Solutions Acquires Raging Bull Oilfield Services

Fluid Delivery Solutions LLC ("FDS"), a leading provider of oilfield water management services in the Permian, Eagle Ford, Marcellus and Utica basins, today announced the acquisition of Raging Bull Oilfield Services LLC ("Raging Bull"), a water transfer and equipment rental business focused on the Permian basin.

Established in 2012 and based in Carlsbad, New Mexico, Raging Bull has developed a reputation for safety, reliability and operational excellence by delivering top-tier customer service throughout the southeast New Mexico and West Texas regions.

Raging Bull represents FDS's second acquisition in the Permian basin and third of 2016.
