Congratulations to UCLA Paramedic Class 78 and Paramedic Training Institute Class 269 Graduates

On Friday, April 18, 2025, nine County of Los Angeles Fire Department (LACoFD) firefighters successfully graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as part of Paramedic Class 78 at Ronald F. Deaton Civic Auditorium in Los Angeles. The following week, Thursday, April 24, 2025, an additional nine LACoFD firefighters graduated from the Paramedic Training Institute (PTI) as part of Class 269 at El Camino College in Torrance.

Both graduation ceremonies highlighted the significance of ongoing training and education in emergency medical services. Equipped with newly acquired skills and knowledge, the graduates of UCLA Paramedic Class 278 and PTI Class 269 are well prepared to make a meaningful difference in their communities by delivering life-saving services to the residents of Los Angeles County.
