South Rock Quarry Road closed for underground stormwater project, Jan. 20-Feb. 2

(COLUMBIA, MO)-

Starting at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, Seth Paul Excavating, contractors for the City of Columbia Stormwater division, will close South Rock Quarry Road north of its intersection with East Nifong Boulevard to replace a failed stormwater pipe.


Road closure and detour signs will be posted throughout the area to guide drivers around the work area. Drivers should plan ahead to find an alternative route.


Work is expected to be completed by 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2, weather permitting.
