New Engagement Network Benefits!
On December 2, 2025, City Council authorized an enhanced, tiered benefit structure for the Engagement Network. Most new benefits will go live on January 12, 2026. City staff designed this structure to help users grow their capacity and impact. Through this, our goal is to expand knowledge of City services while creating meaningful opportunities for residents to participate in the greater Raleigh community. New benefits include:
1. Access to funding;
2. Presence on the City website;
3. One-on-one consultations; and,
