Supplies for Success: EPE Employees Energize Van Horn Students with School Essentials

VAN HORN, Texas (September 25, 2024) - On September 24, 2024, El Paso Electric (EPE) employees delivered school supplies to students of Culberson County-Allamoore Independent School District to support their academic success. As part of EPE's vast service area, Van Horn, Texas plays a key role in the company's commitment to empowering its communities. EPE employees organized a drive that resulted in more than 500 items, including notebooks, backpacks, pencils, glue and more.

"This employee-powered effort is a shining example of our company's deep-rooted commitment to corporate citizenship and community outreach," said Kelly Tomblin, President and CEO of EPE. "By partnering with Van Horn Schools, we're directly benefiting local students, helping ease the burden of school expenses and supporting the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators."
