Greetings to participants in inaugural forum of SOVINTERN – For Socialism in the 21st Century International Socialist Network

The message reads, in part:

"Your meeting has brought together in Moscow representatives of Russian and foreign political parties and movements, as well as public organisations committed to social justice, sovereign development, and traditional spiritual and moral values.

I would like to emphasise that Russia has consistently sought to expand meaningful dialogue among constructive national political forces. Together with our partners in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, BRICS, and the Eurasian Economic Union, we are developing practical mechanisms for cooperation across legislative and party platforms. These efforts are aimed at bringing together political leaders and parliamentarians from our countries to jointly address shared challenges to global and regional stability and security, while also promoting economic and social development.

I trust that the creation of this new format for interparty cooperation will further deepen multilateral socio-political ties and help strengthen trust between our countries and peoples."
