This year the Report examines the impact of 60 years of international cooperation in drug control. The International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) 2025 Annual Report considers the effect of collective action by States in protecting people from the social and economic harms of drugs.

The INCB Report presents the global situation of access to essential controlled medicines, in particular the affordability for low- and middle-income countries, and drug control developments. The Precursors Report looks at the major trends in the trafficking of precursor chemicals and equipment used in illicit drug manufacture and successes in the use of INCB's platforms to prevent the diversion of precursors.
