Four New Recommendations

At the 84th Plenary Session, the Assembly adopted four new recommendations to improve the efficiency, adequacy, and fairness of rulemaking, adjudication, and other administrative processes.

ACUS Legislative Updates

The Office of the Chairman continues to develop and send out weekly updates on congressional activity related to administrative procedure. This newsletter summarizes actions related to agency operations, regulatory and adjudicative procedure, and judicial review of agency action, such as committee meetings, proposed legislation, markups, and passed laws.
