Despite public market downturns, venture capital funding for quantum technology exploded over the last couple of years. Over $2 billion was invested in both 2021 and 2022, according to the Quantum Insider. However, as public markets continue to suffer and the timeframe for commercial quantum computing remains tantalizingly over the horizon, investors in quantum are starting to ask, "Where's the beef?"
