    Police responded to the intersection of Alewife Brook Parkway and Rindge Avenue for a single car motor vehicle crash. Involved operator was evaluated by EMS but refused transportation to a hospital.

    A resident reported that an unknown person damaged and removed a fog light cover on their vehicle while it was parked, unoccupied overnight on Saville Street.

    Shuaib Mewborn, 47 of Boston was placed under arrest for Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Resist Arrest, Assault & Battery on a Police Officer - Serious Bodily Injury, Vandalize Property, Assault & Battery on Police Officer, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (x2) during an incident in Central Sq. Police interacted with Mewborn after a bystander reported to police that Mewborn had punched them in an unprovoked assault. While being placed under arrest Mewborn actively resisted, biting one officer causing injury and kicking another.

    Police took a report for an attempted to larceny from a of business. Reporting person stated an unknown person had unsuccessfully attempted to transfer $19,399.60 and $21,050.00 from the businesses bank account without authorization.

    A resident of Sparks St. reported a package stolen. Victim got a notification that a package was delivered to their address but it was gone when they went to retrieve it. Package contained an item valued at $69.

    Police took report for a past larceny that occurred on Western Ave. Reporting person was delivering food when they left their bike helmet outside an unknown restaurant. When they returned from the restaurant, they found the helmet to be stolen.

    A Somerville resident reported the theft of their wallet. The victim stated that a suspect stole their wallet off of the bar inside a Central Sq. business. Victim stated the wallet contained multiple credit cards and $50 cash.

    Police responded to Franklin Street for a report of an attempted larceny. The reporting party informed officers that they found a suspect attempting to take a $3000 electrical bicycle. The victim yelled at the suspect who fled with a $50 bike pump.
