LOS ANGELES - Mayor Karen Bass today invited Angelenos to enjoy FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches at the more than 100 free Kick it in the Park watch parties hosted by the City of Los Angeles. Watch here.
"We are making sure fans can enjoy the World Cup inside and outside the stadium with more than 100 free Kick it in the Park community events during the full tournament," said Mayor Bass. "Our championship city is ready to say, Go Team USA!, and to make sure every Angeleno can enjoy this global sporting event."
Kick it in the Park Community Events
The City of Los Angeles will host more than 100 free Kick it in the Park community events across L.A. with large LED screens to watch matches live. Events will also offer soccer clinics. Tickets and registration are not required for these free events. Find the full schedule and more information at kickit.lacity.gov.
Volunteer:Opportunities are available at select Kick it in the Park sites. Learn more and apply on the Volunteer Webpage.
What to bring: Folding chairs or a blanket, water, snacks, and sunscreen.
What NOT to bring: Alcohol and drones are strictly prohibited.
Safety:A combination of LAPD officers, private security, and prevention and intervention workers will be onsite at every location to keep visitors safe.
Transportation:The best way to get to your neighborhood site is without a car! Angelenos can walk or roll, take the bus, or ride the train to your neighborhood Kick it in the Park events.

In addition to the free Kick it in the Park community events, there will be many other opportunities across the city to celebrate, including the FIFA Fan Festival hosted at the LA Memorial Coliseum from June 11-June 14 and the Los Angeles World Cup 26 Fan Zones. Learn more here.
Take Transit to the World Cup in Inglewood
Metro and regional transit partners will run direct, nonstop service to every World Cup match - taking fans from designated pick-up locations straight to the stadium, with no transfers or expensive parking required. Visit metro.net/worldcup for more information.
Schedule:Service to the stadium starts three to four hours before kick-off. Times will vary by location.
Getting Home: Return service operates up to two hours after the match.
Pricing:The price to ride the service is $1.75 per person each way.
